Ahmad Chaaban
As a former fighter in the clashes of Beb El Tebbeneh and Jabal Mohsen in Tripoli, Ahmad fell victim to life’s circumstances growing up in one of Lebanon’s most marginalized areas engulfed in violence and conflict.
Through MARCH’s program, Ahmad was able to rediscover those he once perceived as enemies under a different light, learning to accept, grow and build as a community.
His time with MARCH has allowed him to shift the trajectory of his life and has transformed him into an agent of positive change who today influences and guides other young men who share a similar experiences.
