The Minister of Information Ziad Makary , visited Kahwetna, our cultural hub and cafe in Tripoli, located on the former demarcation lines between Jabal Mohsen and Beb el Tebbeneh. From empowering vocational workshops to educational classes and community service activities, Kahwetna serves as a catalyst for change, fostering unity and empowerment. Here, we bridge divides and bring together youth from two warring neighborhoods to foster reconciliation and build bridges of understanding.
During the visit, Minister Makary engaged in a heartfelt discussion with our incredible youth, who bravely shared their stories and experiences firsthand. Together, they emphasized the responsibility of the media in supporting Tripoli, highlighting its positive aspects, and addressing the urgent development needs that have long been overlooked.
